Consistency Across Sibling Policy Pages

Terms Of UseAccount rules, acceptable use and suspension grounds. Wording matches the clauses cited in the privacy and payments pages, so nothing contradicts when you cross-reference.
Privacy NoticeWhat we collect, why, how long we keep it and your data rights. Aligned with the security language inside the terms and the support escalation paths above.
Cookie NoticeFirst-party and third-party cookies, their purpose and how to switch optional ones off. The categories match the consent banner you saw on first visit.
Acceptable UseConduct rules for the lobby, chat and support channels. Mirrors the suspension grounds in the terms so a single breach is not described two different ways.
Account ClosureHow to close your account, what happens to remaining balances and how long residual data is retained. Cross-references the privacy notice retention table.
Complaints PathSteps to raise a complaint, expected response windows and the escalation route if you're not satisfied. Same wording as the support page so timelines stay consistent.
Region RestrictionsList of regions where access is limited or blocked under local law. Reviewed alongside the jurisdiction clause in the terms to keep both documents in lockstep.

How The Policy Page Is Laid Out

Anchored Clauses

Each clause has its own anchor link so you can share a direct URL to the exact paragraph. Useful when you're asking support about a specific line rather than the whole document.

Effective Date Header

The effective date sits at the top of every notice. If it's older than the current quarter, the next review is already on our calendar and the date will move once the pass is complete.

Defined Terms Box

Words written in capitals inside the clauses are defined in a small glossary box at the side. Hover or tap and the definition appears without scrolling away from the clause.

Print View

A print-friendly view strips navigation and renders the policy as a clean document. Handy if you need to keep a signed copy of the version you accepted on the day.

Language Toggle

Notices are drafted in English and mirrored where translation is available. The English text is the controlling version and the toggle makes that clear at the head of the page.

Last-Edit Footer

At the foot of every notice you'll see the last edit timestamp and the reviewer initials. It's a small detail, but it tells you the document is being looked after.

Policy Questions We Hear Often

The version live on the day you opened your account, until we publish a material change. When that happens we notify you in-app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

Email the legal desk from the address on your account and ask for a data-subject access request. We acknowledge inside one business day and deliver the export within the window stated in the privacy notice.

It sits inside the terms of use under the heading covering supported regions. The clause explains where local law permits access and which regions are excluded from account creation and lobby use.

We post the new wording, mark the effective date and prompt you to accept it on next login. If you don't accept, you can close the account under the closure path without penalty.

They're referenced as context for Indonesia readers. The actual contractual relationship for each wallet sits with the wallet provider; our terms cover how we handle the transaction record on our side.

Reply to the support ticket and ask for escalation to the compliance reviewer, or write to the legal desk directly. Both routes reach the same senior queue and carry the same response window.

At the foot of the terms document. It lists each amendment with a date, a short description and the reviewer initials, so you can see what shifted between the version you accepted and today's.
